Rt. Hon (Engr.) Victor Onyekachi Ochei is the Aniocha North Representative of the Delta State House of Assembly.

As part of Rt. Hon. Victor Ochei's resolve to continuously apply empowerment as a proper tool of development, he empowered 1,020 women with a sum of N25,000 each at Pilgrim Baptist Grammar

School, Issele- Uku, in Aniocha North. He also donated 100 motorcycles and 50 tricycles to beneficiaries within Aniocha North community.
